Please note that we are unable to delay the screening of other well-qualified applicants, and review completed submissions in the order they are received until an interview pool has been established, so please do not delay!

What is digital pre-interview screening?  A digital pre-interview screening is a modern way to screen applicants for suitability. Simply record your answers to pre-set questions from XX using your computer and webcam, or your mobile device. After you finish, we will review your responses. If you are selected to move forward with a formal interview, you will be contacted directly regarding any next steps.

Don’t be nervous! We understand that a lot of applicants have never participated in a pre-interview screening like this before. We will be asking a variety of questions in formats such as brief video responses, multiple choice, and short written responses. You will have the opportunity to highlight your experience in a more personalized, dynamic way than a resume.
