처음 소식이 나온 날로부터 1년이 넘은 딜레이 끝에 드디어 알티튜드 커넥트 카드가 출시되었습니다.

 

사인업 오퍼는 5만($500)/ 첫 120일 $3,000/ AF $95(첫해면제)

예정대로 알티튜드 고 카드가 2만 포인트의 사인업 보너스를 가지고 오늘 출시 되었습니다. (The Altitude Connect will be released later in the summer)

 

연회비가 없음에도 불구하고 2만 점의 사인업 보너스와 식당 4x적립, $15 연간 스트리밍 크레딧, 12개월 무이자 APR & BT 등의 혜택이 좋아 보이네요. 

그리고 DoC에 따르면 이 카드는 알티튜드 리저브와 달리 US Bank와 별도의 relationship이 없어도 승인을 내어 준다고 합니다. AYOR

At card launch the signup bonus will only be available in branch. (No mention about needing a prior relationship, so should work for anyone in branch.) The card will launch online as well, but we don’t know if/what the signup bonus will be.

예정대로 아래 두 카드는 6/8에 출시된다고 합니다.

그리고 알티튜드 리저브와 달리 Altitude Go card 카드 승인을 받기위해 따로 유뱅과의 relationship이 없어도 된다고 하네요. (Altitude Connect card 카드는 아직 알려지지 않음)

Update 3/19/20:

Altitude Connect card will get 50,000 points after $3,000 spend in 3 months.120days

Altitude Go card card will get 20,000 points after $1,000 spend in 3 months. Will also have 0% APR on purchases and balance transfer for 12 months.

• 위에 두 카드 출시일이 6/8/2020으로 변경되었으나 코로나19에 따라 다시 변경될 수 있다도 합니다.
• 사인업 보너스는 브랜치에서 신청할때의 보너스이고 커넥트 카드는 120일의 스펜딩 기간이 주어진다 하네요.
• 두 카드 모두 해외 수수료 면제입니다.
• 아쉽게도 이 두카드의 포인트는 1.5cents per point를 주는 알티튜드 리저브 포인트와 합치지는 못한다고 하네요.

 

Sources indicate a projected launch date of June 8th, though it’ll depend on covid-19. Some additional details:

• No foreign transaction fees on either card.
• At card launch the signup bonuses mentioned below will only be available in branch. (No mention about needing a prior relationship, so should work for anyone in branch.) The card will launch online as well, but we don’t know if/what the signup bonus will be.
• The Connect card has a longer period of 120 days to meet spend requirement. (I’ve updated this in the post below.)
• Points are worth 1¢ each on both cards.
• Points can not be combined with Reserve to increase their value to 1.5 cents. You will be able to send points downward from Reserve to Go or Connect, but not upward from Go/Connect to Reserve.
• Annual streaming credit works as follows: after 11 months of consecutive streaming service charges, the 12th month will get the $15 (Go) or $30 (Connect) credit. (Not clear if you can combine streaming services, e.g. 6 months Netflix and 6 months Hulu, or if it has to be the same service for 12 months to get the credit.)
• The Connect card will have cell phone protection similar to the US Bank Platinum card; $600 coverage with $25 deductible.
• The Connect card will have a precheck or global entry credit.
• Both cards will have a weighted metal center and the Connect card with have a red rim.

Update 3/18/20: Launch has been delayed beyond the initial March 30 timeframe, according to sources. No clear date for launch is currently available.

커낵트 카드에는 해외 수수료가 없을거라고 하는데 확실하진 않습니다.

오늘부터 유뱅 사이트에서 Flexperks, Cash 365 카드들이 사라졌습니다.

새 알티튜드 카드 소식은 들리는대로 업데이트 하겠습니다.

Looks like it happened - U.S. Bank Flexperks Travel and Select+, as well as the Cash 365 Amex are gone from the website.

새로 대체되는 US Bank 새 카드가 공개 되었습니다.

1. Altitude Go card with no annual fee card
2. Altitude Connect card with a $95 annual fee

Altitude Reserve 까지 해서 총 세가지 시리즈의 알티튜드 카드 라인업이 되겠네요.

 

   * 유뱅 카드에 관심 있으시다면 체킹/세이빙 어카운트 부터 열어 놓으셨다가 카드 신청하시는게 승인율을 높히는 방법이라고 합니다.

 

아마도 3월안에 출시가 될거 같고

아직 새로운 카드들에 대한 사인업 오퍼는 공개되지 않았는데 소식 들리는대로 업데이트 하겠습니다.

유뱅에 뭔가 변화가 생기려나 봅니다. 앞서 전해드린 유뱅 알티튜드 리저브 카드의 개선 소식이 있었구요.

(카드 개선) US Bank Altitude Reserve : 새 베네핏 5x 포인트 적립 on Prepaid Hotels & Car Rental

 

그리고 이제 아래 4개의 카드가 3월9일부터 단종 될 예정이고 이 카드들을 대체할 두가지의 새로운 카드들이 출시 된다고 합니다.

새로운 카드들의 이름도 Altitude 변경 될거라고 하네요.

그 외에 아직 새 카드에 대한 정보는 없지만 소식 들리는대로 업데이트 하겠습니다.

 

1. U.S. Bank Flexperks Travel Visa (Consumer).
2. U.S. Bank Flexperks Select+ American Express.
3. The Gold Flexperks will apparently be staying around for a bit longer.
4. I believe the U.S. Bank Cash 365 American Express will be discontinued as well.

Currently, these cards are still available for signup.
