체이스에게 두번째 이메일이 왔네요. airline credit detail 에 관련된 이메일은 아직 안와서 기다리고 있습니다.

You are receiving this email as either your airline has cancelled your flight, or it was noted that you did not take your trip as scheduled because of the current situation related to COVID-19. No need to call us, we've got you covered. Your safety and peace of mind are of utmost importance to us, and we want to let you know we have issued an airline credit for your flight.

 

All the details of your airline credit, such as traveler name, amount, and expiration date, will be emailed to you in a confirmation email that you will receive soon.

 

 

Additional information

When you are ready, please call us to book a new flight using your airline credit. Just be sure to have the ticket numbers for each traveler or your confirmation email on hand.

Our call centers are experiencing extremely high call volumes, so we ask that if you do not need to book a new flight within the next 72 hours, please hold off on contacting us.

제가 4월말에 국내 젯블루 flight을 chase point 통해서 book 해 놓은게 있었는데 jetblue 웹사이트에서는 cancel 이 안되고 ㅠㅠ chase travel 을 통해서 해야된다고 하드라구요. 지난주까지 chase travel 들어가보니 꼭 전화를 해야한다고 해서, 전화하면 due to the high volume 어쩌고... 72시간내에 여행안할거면 나중에 전화하렴 이라고 안내가 나와서 조금 미루고 있었는데, 오늘 chase travel website 들어가보니, 간단하게 request 할수 있는 옵션이 생겼네요. 

travel.chase.com 가셔서 오른쪽 위 trips 가시면 바로 나옵니다. 전화안하고 기다리길 잘했네요(?) 

 

Important information about your refund request for travel.chase.com

 

  • By submitting a cancellation request, you authorise Chase Travel to cancel your reservation(s).
  • Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee a full refund. Cancellation policies differ depending upon the airline and if you wish to cancel, not all airlines allow for full refunds at this time.
  • If your airline does not offer a full refund, our customer support team will contact you to advise you of your options prior to cancelling your booking.
  • We will aim to confirm to you the amount of your refund within 7 business days.
  • Please be sure that you do not wish to travel before submitting. Once your cancellation request is received, you will not be able to cancel this request and Chase Travel will initiate the cancellation on your behalf.

Our customer support team will review the supplier’s policy that applies to your itinerary. If a full waiver is applicable, our team will go ahead and process the refund. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been submitted. Please note that refunds for flights reservations can take 6-8 weeks to credited to your account once submitted to the airline. All other cancellation requests can take up to 14 business days to be credited to your account.
