2019년 12월에 봄방학 4월초에 하와이 가려고 티켓을샀는데  못갔습니다.

환불안되는 티켓이였는데 다행히 1년 크레딧 처리해줬고요

생각해보니 1년이면 2020년 12월인데 현시점에서 6개월안에 여행을 갈 수 있을까하는 의구심에 2년으로 연장해달라고 요청하니

공식적으로 발표할거라는 이메일이왔네요

United Refunds has directed your inquiry to United Airlines Customer Care for our review and reply.  I appreciate your sharing your concerns with us regarding the coronavirus and your unused nonrefundable tickets.  We are in the process of implementing a change to our ticket rules, and the ticket validation period for any ticket purchased between May 1, 2019, and March 31, 2020, will be extended to 2 years.  As such, the traveler will have two years from the date the ticket was issued to apply the value of the ticket toward a new ticket purchase.   

It is important to note that this change is tentatively scheduled for implementation on May 1, 2020; however, the announcement date may change.  So please be sure to visit the home page of United's website for more details in the coming weeks.  We hope this policy change allows you greater flexibility as the current situation involving the coronavirus unfolds.
