We want to assure you that during this time your Preferred Rewards status won't change; therefore, we've temporarily postponed the annual program review process.   What this means to you   You’ll continue to receive the same level of benefits—even if your eligible balances drop below the minimum requirement. As always, you can still be moved to a higher tier if you qualify.   What you can expect   When we resume program reviews, we'll let you know in advance if there is a change in your membership status.
