아멕스 델타 블루에서 플래티넘으로 업그레이드 오퍼 받아서 사용한지 일년이 지나 annual fee $250 부과되어 다시 blue로 변경하려 채팅했습니다.

항상 그렇듯이 상담원이 t&c 엄청난 문자열을 보여주는데  제가 주의를 기울이지 않았던 혹은 변경된 정책? 이던지 눈에 확 띄는 문구가 있어서

1.prorated refund for any annual membership fee   - 인지하던 내용

2.You will get the prorated refund and it will post after 45 days from the product change date. - 항상 45일이라 얘기하고 일찍 크레딧 줬나요?

3.As a result of this downgrade, American Express reserves the right to take away, withhold, or freeze any rewards 

(including acquisition and/or upgrade bonuses) that would have otherwise been earned. - 이게 눈에 확띠는 내용입니다. 업그레이드 보너스 안가져가겠죠. 딱 일년 채워서 사용했는데
