안녕하세요. 지난달에 레이오프 되고 배우자 영주권을 준비하고 있습니다. (저: 한국 시민권자 P2: 미국 시민권자)

서류 준비 거의 막바지에 아리송한 부분이 생겼는데 조언 부탁드립니다!

 

1) I-485 필요서류? 부분에

Evidence of Financial Support

In general, you must demonstrate that you are not likely to become a public charge. This means you must show that

you will be able to financially support yourself as a lawful permanent resident living indefinitely in the United States.

Generally, all immediate relative and family-based adjustment applicants (beneficiaries of Form I-129F, Petition

for Alien Fiancé(e), and Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative) must have a Form I-864. 

라고 되어있는데 이러면 제가 I-864를 작성해야하는걸까요? 현재는 시민권자인 P2가 I-864를 작성해놓은 상태입니다.

 

2) Bona fide marriage를 증명하라는 데에 joint lease 외에 추가해야하는 것들이 있을까요?(주어진 예시에서 해당되는게 joint lease밖에 없더라구요) 같이 찍은 사진을 첨부하는게 이 항목일까요?

 

3) Arrival/Departure record에 Location이 Unavailable로 나온 경우가 조금 있는데 (1개만 Arrival이고 3개가 Departure 부분이에요) 제가 추가로 준비해야하거나 우려해야하는 상황일까요?

 

4) (I-130포함 여러 form에 있던 질문) Last physical address outside the United States : 2011년 이후에 한국에서 1년이상 지낸적이 없고 그 사이 부모님도 이사를 여러번 하셨는데 이럴 경우엔

     - 현재 부모님 주소

     - 2011년 주소

    중 어떤걸 적어야할까요?

 

5) I-130에서 if beneficiary's native written language does not use Roman letters, type or print his or her name and foreign address to their native written language라는데 이럴 경우엔 

     - 미국의 주소를 한글로 적는다 

     - 한국의 주소 (현재 부모님 주소...?)를 한글로 적는다

    중 답이 있을까요?ㅠㅠ

 

6) I-130에서 The beneficiary is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident at the USCIS office in:

 이라고 되어있는 부분이 MA는 chicago lockbox로 보내라하는데 그럼 Chicago를 적으면 될까요? (local field office 가까운 곳은 보스턴인데 서류 접수는 office가 아닌 lockbox라서 헷갈립니다)
