일 해야 하는데, 정말 바쁜데, 바쁘면 더 하기 일 하기 싫다고 지금 딴 짓 하고 잇습니다. 뭘 하고 있냐 -> 2011 년 동안 왔던 이멜 정리 하고 있습니다. 지금 막 7월 꺼 하고 있는데. 마침 작년 7월에 출장 다녀 오면서 있던 일에 관련된 AA 와 주고 받던 이멜이 있습니다.

작년 7월에 캘리포니아 중부, 그 더운 곳, 농장에 출장을 정말 짧은 1박 2일로 다녀 오게 됐습니다 (이 맘때 항상 가기 합니다만), AA 를 타기 때문에, FYI-LAX-DFW-BTR 요렇게 갔었구요. 국내선이지만, 시골에서 시골로 다니려면 아주 멉니다. 머 하여튼 일 잘 하고, 돌아 올땐 LAX-DFW 는 First class 로 업 되서 기분 좋게 왔는데. DFW-BTR 이야 한시간 조금 더 걸리는 비행 이고 집에 오는 거니. 좋아라 하고 왔는데. 타고 보니 화장실이 고장 이랍니다. 급하진 않았지만, 내리자 마자 게이트 옆에 있는 화장실을 이용 하고. 집에 오자마자 짐 풀르기전에도 전에 바로 AA Customer Service 에 이멜을 날렸습니다.

그 다음날 답장이 왔는데....

그 다음에 돌아온 작은 선물은 $100 짜리 eVoucher 가 왔고요. 더 놀란건 그걸 사용 할때 였습니다. 잊어 버리고 있다가 올 1월에 출장겸 휴가로 LAX 를 가족과 다녀 왔는데, 이때 가족 표를 살때 이걸 썼는데. 이게 세상에나 tax-exempt 이더군요. 그 동안은 잘 안 살펴 봤었는데. 항상 그랬었는지는 잘 모르겠습니다.
