약 한달전 Amex Platinum 50K 짜리 $1000 3달 안 사용으로 신청하여 카드는 잘 받았습니다.

스펜딩을 채우고 뭐 포인트 알아서 잘 들어오겠지......하고 안심하고 있었는데...

포인트가 안들어오는것입니다...

페이먼트는 다 했구요...

전혀 소식이 없어서 SM으로 연락을 했습니다.

"나 이래저래 해서 스펜딩 다 채웠는데 왜 포인트 안줘? " 

했더니...

" 멤버쉽 포인트 팀으로 이관시켜서 얘기 나중에 해줄께..."

이러더라구요..

얼마뒤에 다시 온 메세지..

드디어 나도 겪는구나 아멕스의 발뺌하기..~!!!!!

그래서 전 만발의 준비를 한상태로 다시 SM을 날립니다..

" 나는 오퍼레터를 받아서 신청한게 아니라...인터넷으로 신청한거다 그래서 오퍼 ID 없다...

혹시나 해서 스크린 캡쳐 해놓은게 있는데 너희한테 어떻게 보여줄까?????

SM에는 첨부할수가 없네??"

이랬더니...

자기네는 SM에 첨부 못한다고 멤버쉽 팀 주소를 알려주네요....

그리로 보내라고...

그래서 캡쳐해 놓은 파일 프린트해서 보냈습니다..~!!!!!

저번주에 보냈는데...

오늘 다시 한번 메세지 보냈습니다..

" 나 저번주에 편지 보냈는데 이 다음엔 뭘 해야하지?"

이렇게 보내고 열심히 답장 기다리는 중입니다....

50K 받을것을 25K 만 받자니 억울하고 $450짜리 연회비를 25K로만 해결하기는 너무 억울해서

끝까지 받아볼렵니다....~!!!!!

중간중간 계속 업뎃 하겠습니다~~~~~~~~

지네 기록에 없다고 하는 답변만 계속해서 날아 오네요..

그래서 전

난 분명히 50K 오퍼로 신청을 했고 그것의 캡쳐파일까지 있고 또 그것을 증거 자료로 보냈다..

그래서난 절대 동의 못한다....

멤버쉽 팀에 레터 받았는지 확인해보고 다시 연락 달라...."

완전 정반대입니다....

내가 뭐 다른 오퍼있는거 발견해서 매치 해달라는것도 아니고...
