요즘 IHG Big Win 프로모션 중에 Book with IHG 오퍼 등록이 안되는 현상들이 여기저기서 나타나는 거 같습니다.

다른 오퍼들은 잘 적용되는데 특히나 이 오퍼는 적용이 안되는 경우가 많나보더라구요.

저 같은 경우도 ebates를 통해서 예약한 경우엔 등록이 되지 않아서 [2월 25일]에 처음으로 이메일을 보냈습니다.

적립 카운트가 누락되었다고 메일을 보냈는데 첫 메일은 바로 다음날 답변이 왔고 카운트에 관한 내용이 아니라 적립 포인트에 대한 답변으로 엉뚱한 답변이 왔습니다.

그이후에 여러번의 메일을 보냈고 아래는 날짜별 받은 답변 메일 내용입니다.

잘 보시면 아시겠지만 최근 두 답변을 제외하고는 전부 다른 사람이 답변하였다는 것을 알았구요. 2월 답변도 모두 다른 사람이 보냈네요.

한번 엉뚱한 답변이 오면 내용 정정하는데 생각보다 오래 걸렸던거 같습니다. 결론적으로 다 적용을 해주긴 했지만서도... 투자한 시간이 거의 두달이 걸렸네요.

일단 캐쉬백 사이트를 경유하지 않은 경우엔 잘 적용이 되는 듯 싶은데

캐쉬백 사이트를 경유하면 등록이 안되는 것 같습니다.

하지만 경유해서 예약해도 공식 홈페이지에서 예약했으므로 프로모션 등록은 정상으로 되어야 하는게 맞는거 같습니다.

이제 프로모션이 얼마 남지 않았으니 혹시나 저처럼 적용이 안되는 분이 계시면 끈기를 갖고 메일을 보내셔야 할 거 같습니다.

중간에 하도 답답하여 "I don't want to wait another month for this stuff"라는 문구를 보내니 4월5일 답변이 빨리왔던거 같습니다.

같은 고충을 겪고 계신분들에게 참고하시라고 경험담 올려봅니다.
