체크인 할 때 thanks for being loyal 블라블라.. 플랫티넘이시네요, 하더니 암것도 제시 안 합니다 (응? - -+). 

그날 밤에 Customer Care Plat Line 으로 바로 전화 때리면서  적혀있는 대로 "Guest Compensation $50불 주세요". 

호텔 슈퍼바이저에게서 방으로 바로 전화 옵니다. 

$50 불 대신  걍 Arrival Gift 뽀인트 받는 걸로 하고 + 스테이동안 호텔 내 스타벅스에서 커피 무한 무료 제공 + 10.000 뽀인트로 쇼부 봅니다. 

(차라리 뽀인트를 퍼주지, 호텔들이 cash 나가는 거 극도로 싫어한다고 합니다. )

다음날 Assistant GM 에게서 메일 날라옵니다.
