좀 황당하게 드리실 수 있겠지만 TV를 오븐에 구워서 고쳤습니다.
정확히 말하면 TV에서 motherboard만 떼어낸후 구웠습니다.
7년정도쓴 LG티비가 있는데 어느날 전원을 키니 화면에는 LG로고만 뜨고 다음으로 넘어가지 않았습니다.
그래서 버릴까 하다가 혹시나하고 시도해봤는데 쉽게 고쳐져서 나눠봅니다.
구글 해보니 비슷한 사례가 몇 있었는데 어떤 분이 오븐에 넣고 395도에서 10분정도 구웠는데 고쳐졌다는 글이 있어서 시도해보았습니다.
혹시 비슷한 문제로 TV를 버려야 하나 고민하는 분들에게 도움이 되었으면 좋겠네요.

I had the same issue with my 47LE5400.
It suddenly stopped working one day when I powered it on. It was stuck on the logo screen.
Based on my research from the web, the problem is most likely on the main board.
The best way is to replace the main board. Unfortunately the model is a few years old. I could not find any replacement part.
Right before I put it in a box and prepared to recycle it, I saw some post from Youtube. Someone suggest use the "baking approach" to bake the main board for 10 minutes. I sounds a job with me at the beginning. But after googling the web, I realized that it is totally true. You can get some explanation by searching "how to reflow a laptop motherboard"
I decided try it in last weekend. Here what I did.
1) Put the TV on the carpet floor, facing down
2) Remove ~20 screws on the back panel, and carefully open the back panel
3) Now you can see two boards - One is a white color board. That is the power supply board. It connects to the AC power cable. The other is a green color board. That is the main board. It has all kinds of AV connectors on it.
4) Remove the 5 cables connected to the main board carefully. Watch this video (Search "TV Ribbon Cable Connector" from youtube) to see how to remove the ribbon cables.
5) Put a pizza baking stone in the baking oven and pre-heat the oven to 395 F degrees. Keep the baking stone leveled.
6) Once the temperature reaches 395 F, put the main board on the pizza baking stone. Bake it for 10 minutes.
7) 10 mins later, get the main board out of the oven and put it on a level surface. Let it cool down for 20 minutes.
8) Put the main board back, and connect all the cables. Close the back panel and put the screws back.
9) Enjoy your TV again.
My TV revived in last weekend. Hope yours will do also.
헉... "때려서" 고친 경험은 많아도 "구워서" 고쳤다는 얘기는 처음이네요. -_-;;
전자제품 고장나는 원인의 90% 이상이 접촉불량이라는데 (정확한 통계 아닙니다!ㅋ) 때려서 고쳐지는 이유는 다시 접촉이 잘 되어서 그렇다... 나름 이런 논리를 갖고 사는데요, 아마도 구워서 고쳐졌다는 것 역시 기판의 어느 부분이 떨어졌는데 적당한 온도로 올리면 납이 살짝 녹았다는 다시 붙는 그런 원리가 아닐까요?
저 방법으로 고쳐도 오래 잘 안 가요.
저도 랩탑 저렇게 고쳤는데 결국 다시 고장나더라고요.
와... 이게 가능한가요? 첨들어봐요. 신기 신기

저도 예전에 플레이스테이션을 헤어드라이기로 비슷하게 고쳐 사용했던 적이 있었습니다. 처음 고치고 꽤 여러달 잘 썼는데 다시 같은 증상이 생기더니 고치고 사용하는 주기가 점점 짧아지다가 결국은 사망했습니다. 다 뜯어서 해당되는 곳에 힛씽크 패드 같은걸 새로 교체해줘야 했을것 같은데 그렇게까지 하기는 귀찮아서 그냥 보냈네요. 제 경우는 전원을 키면 fan이 굉음을 내며 돌면서 부팅 자체가 안되는 현상이였는데... 칩과 힛싱크 부품 사이에 열전달 물질이 오래되면서 제 역할을 못하는 경우였던듯 합니다.
Passion님 말씀대로 영구적인 수리는 아니고 조금 버티다가 보내주셔야 할 가능성이 있습니다.
그렇군요..오븐에서 꺼내니 막 플라스틱 타는 냄새도 나고 그러던데 자주는 못할것 같네요..ㅠㅜ
많은 경우의 TV 고장은 전원단의 콘덴서가 오래되서 그 안의 전해액이 누출되고, 이로인해 안정적인 전원 공급이 안되는 문제일 확률이 높습니다.
간단하지는 않습니다만, 어렵지도 않습니다. 납땜 가능하시면 직접 수리하실 수 있구요. 아마존에서 해당 파트만 구매하실 수 있습니다. (10불 내외)
저 역시 2006년 구입한 LG LCD TV가 올 초에 화면이 안나오는 문제가 있었는데,
동네 마이크로 센터에서 얼추 비슷한 용량의 부품 구입해서 교체하니 화면이 나오더라구요. 아직까지 잘 쓰고 있습니다.
오븐보다는 이 방법을 추천드립니다.
