Let me share in we are unable to combine points with the card you mentioned in order to combine points you need to be listed as a user on the other card.
Additionally, to combine Chase Ultimate Rewards(R) points between different Chase cards, both must have Ultimate Rewards.

Here are the steps you can take:
- Log in to chase.com/ultimaterewards
- Click "Points Balance"
- Select "Combine Points" from the drop down menu

Here's what you need to know about combining points:
- You can only move points to another Chase card with Ultimate Rewards that belongs to you or one member of your household.
- For business card accounts, you can move points to another Chase card with Ultimate Rewards that belongs to you, one household member, or the owner of the company.

Sometimes, you can?t combine points. If either account can't earn or use points at the time you want to move them, you won't be able to. For details, see your Rewards Program Agreement at chase.com/ultimaterewards.

프리덤 카드 뒷면에 있는 전화번호로 전화를 해서 물어보니 Ink 카드로는 Combine이 안된답니다.ㅠㅠ
