Citi에 Prestige 카드 Annual Fee 언제까지 취소하면 리펀 받을 수 있냐고 물어봤다가 글로도 느낄수 있는 상담원의 화난 멘트를 받았네요. 

앞으로 이런질문 하면 안될것 같네요 그리고 왠지 Black list에 오르지 않을까 걱정되네요. ㅠㅠ

나 답장: 그러면 나 12월 20일에 Annual Fee Charge 됐으니까 12월20일부터 30일 안에만 Close 하면 Fee 환불되겠네. 라고 답장을 보냈더니

아래와 같은 답장이 왔네요.
