포인트로 예약을 해보는 것 자체가 처음이라 이것저것 다 조심스럽습니다ㅜ
서울 힐튼 콘래드에 포인트로 예약을 했는데요
사정상 취소를 해야할 것 같아서 알아보는 중 입니다.
아래는 제 예약정보에 나오는 cancellation policy이고 7월 13일 이전에는 비용 청구 없이 취소가 된다는데요
이게 포인트 숙박의 경우에도 마찬가지로 제가 쓴 포인트 모두를 돌려받을 수 있는건지 궁금합니다
포인트 숙박 취소해보신적 있으신 분 계시면 조언 부탁드려요
Free cancellation before 11:59pm local hotel time on 13 Jul 2018.
Points will be deducted from your balance and a Reward Certificate will be issued at the time of booking confirmation.
Reward value rates quoted apply and are only valid for arrival date and length of stay shown. A printed copy of this confirmation will include the Reward Confirmation ID required for check-in.
No-shows or cancellations of Reward Stay Reservations outside of the time frame set by the hotel's individual cancellation policy will be charged one night's room and tax at the hotel's Best Available Rate for that date.

IHG같은 경우는 실시간으로 예약과 취소가 되던데 지금 힐튼 취소하고 하루정도 지났는데 아직도 포인트가 안들어오고 있어요. 48 시간 인가요?
힐튼이랑 체팅 해보세요. 힐튼 시스템이 한번씩 실시간 업데잇이 안될때가 잇더라구요. 체팅 하면 바로 업데잇 해줍니다 :)
아마 힐튼이 지금 사이트업그레이드(?)중이라서 그럴겅예요. 저도 10/30일 취소한 예약 포인트가 안들어와서 채팅했더니 24-48시간 기다려달라고 함. 11/2일에 들어오긴 했는데 일부만 들어와서 또 채팅.. 오후에 나머지가 들어왔어요! 시간이 걸리긴 하지만 돌려주긴 하는거 같아요! 글구 힐튼 시스템이 지금불안한거 같아요 예약도 다시 할려니 웹에선 지꾸 에러나서 혹시나 모바일서 하니잘 되네요....
