예전에 제가 Chase URP 포인트의 합산(combine)과 전환 (transfer)에 대한 약관을 한 번 정리를 한적이 있습니다.

이 정리 글의 핵심은

합산 (combine)은 spouses, domestic partner 간에만 가능하지만, 

전환 (transfer)은 가족, 직원, authorized user 등에게 전환이 가능하다라는 것이었는데요.

요즘 Chase 포인트 제3자, 합산, 전환으로 Chase 구좌가 닫혔다는 글들이 올라오고 블로그들의 경고가 계속 이어지는 듯해서 Chase 홈페이지에 올라온 FAQ를 다시 읽어보니 전환에 대한 규정이 이전보다 훨씬 빡세게 바뀐 것 같습니다. 

"Ultimate Rewards point transfer features are designed to allow our cardmembers to take advantage of the rewards they earn. The features are not intended to allow transfers to third parties other than a spouse or domestic partner of the cardmember. Transfers to unauthorized third parties or any other abuse of the Ultimate Rewards program may result in suspension or termination of the ability to participate in the program and forfeiture of points already earned."

이전에는 분명히, 다음과 같이 나와 있었고, 지금도 몇몇 블로거는 이렇다고 주장을 하고 있는데요. 제 검색 실력이 떨어지는지 이전에 봤던 내용을 다시 찾을 수가 없군요. Ink Bold 같은 비지니스 사이트의 내용도 마찬가지입니다. 마적단 분들이 한 번 찾아봐 주시겠습니까?
