제가 현재 출장 중이라서 아내가 학교에서 진행하는 오티를 다녀왔습니다.(둘째아이가 이번에 Pre-K에 들어갑니다.)

그런데 둘째아이가 다니는 학교에 Pre-K전원에게 Free breakfast/lunch를 제공한다고 하는데, 메일을 받아보니, 아래와 같이 왔더라구요.

최근 bn님께서 올리신 글 보고 USCIS 사이트에 가서 확인해보니, 아래와 같이 학교에서 제공하는 nutrition program은 해당되지 않는다고는 나와 있는데, 그래도 웬지 공짜라니 꺼림직해서 마모 회원님들의 조언을 듣고 싶습니다. 괜찮을까요?

Under the agency guidance, non-cash benefits and special-purpose cash benefits that are not intended for income maintenance are not subject to public charge consideration. Such benefits include:
