현재 상황은

저는 F1에서 H1B로 미국에서 바뀐 상황이고

와이프는 F1에서 F2 (미국에서), 그리고 H4로 미국에서 바뀐 상황입니다.

 

EB3 - 콤보카드 나오고 인터뷰 기다리는중 입니다.

H1B & H4 - 어제 승인나서 승인 서류 받아왔습니다.

 

 

와이프가 재일교포라서 일본 영주권을 갱신하러 내일 일본에 잠시 다녀옵니다.

원래는 콤보카드를 써서 입국할 생각이었는데

 

어제 H1B & H4 승인 레터를 받았습니다.

그래서 부랴부랴 H4 인터뷰에 필요한 서류들을 준비중인데요,

 

어제 변호사 사무실과 얘기했을때

Employment Verification Letter 를 사무실에서 좀 효과?신용적이게 써준다고 해서 Ok 했는데 (그 후 HR에서 확인받고 싸인하기로..)

알고보니 이것도 수임비를 드려야하더라구요...

 

그래서 고민이 되는게

기존에 가지고 있던 Employment Verification Letter 로도 H1B 심사를 통과했는데

이걸 가지고 인터뷰에 가도 괜찮으려나요?

 

마치 F1 비자 처음에 새로 준비할 때 유학원에 돈주고 준비했는데

F1 비자 연장할때는 제가 알아서 준비해서 했었던 경험하고 비슷한거 같아서요.

 

그래서 아래 서류들을 제가 다 준비할 수 있는거 같은데..

조언좀 부탁드립니다.

 

변호사 통해서 서류준비 안하고 제가 해도 괜찮을지...

F1때랑 생각하면 그래도 될 것 같은데

H4는 처음이니 꼭 해야하나 걱정도 되서요

경험자분들 부탁드립니다.

H4 Visa Stamping Documents Checklist

1. Passport
   All passports including old and expired.
2. DS 160 form copy.
3. Visa interview appointment confirmation copy.
4. Marriage Certificate (Original)
5. H1B primary spouse documents
   1. Form i797C (H1B approval notice) – Original is best. If not possible, then carry color copy of i797 approval.
   2. Form i129 (H1B application) copy – Carry color or Black and white copy of i797 approval.
   3. H1B LCA copy – Carry color or Black and white copy of LCA posting.
   4. Passport copy – Carry color or Black and white copy of first 2 (with photo) and last 5 pages (address details) of passport.
   5. Employment verification letter – Original – H1B can get it from employer.
   6. 3 months Pay stubs/ Salary slips – Color of black and white copy
   7. Last 3 year W2 (if any) – Color of black and white copy
6. Wedding Invitation Card
   Optional, but recommended. Card from both sides, if available, in original.
7. Wedding Color Photo Album
   Optional, but highly recommended to carry to prove that real marriage took place.
8. Birth Certificate
   In Original if H4 applicant is less than 14 years old.
