2. Then sign up and click through https://www.simplybestcoupons.com/Coupons/marthastewartwine.com/ to get $25 off. Takes about 3 months to payout, but has worked for me in the past.
3. Then on the Martha Stewart Wine website, click on "Club" at the top of the website.
4. Click "Case Wine Club," then choose all reds, all whites, or a mix. At checkout, use promo code VDAY for 25% off. Order total should be $67.41 at checkout, then just make sure to pay with the card that you had the Amex offer on.
