SETTLEMENT UPDATE: March 23, 2020  On February 24, 2020 the Order Granting Class Plaintiff’s Motion for Final Distribution of the Remainder of the Net Settlement Funds was approved.  All Class Members who received and cashed their initial settlement check, and have a calculated redistribution payment amount of $25 or more, will be mailed a final residual cash payment award on March 25, 2020. The void period for these payments is only 45 days so please do not delay in negotiating these checks.  There are no coupons associated with the final residual cash payment award.  This is the final distribution of the remainder of the net settlement funds.
