USCIS 로부터 노란색 RFE 를 받았습니다. I-693은 가족 모두에게 나왔습니다. 

그리고 궁금한 것이 초등학생 아이입니다. 문구는 다음과 같습니다.

You have submitted secondary evidence and/or a birth affidavit as proof of a birth record for the applicant. However, the evidence you have submitted is insufficient. Examples of acceptable secondary evidence may include, but is not limited to, church or school records listing your parents' names and your date of birth, hospital records of your birth, or other official records indicating a country and record of birth. If the document is in a language other than English, you must submit a copy of the foreign language document and a complete English translation.

아이의 한국, 미국이 아닌 제 3국 출생입니다. 시민권은 한국인입니다. 아이의 birth certificate 서류로 제출한 것은 1. 기본증명서 상세 (번역 및 사인) 2. 가족관계증명서 상세 (번역 및 사인) 3. 제3국 출생증명서 (번역 및 사인)  입니다.  https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Visa-Reciprocity-and-Civil-Documents-by-Country/SouthKorea.html 사이트를 참고하여 기본증명서 및 가족관계증명서를 작성하였고 부모의 경우는 RFE가 나오지 않았습니다. 

아이 초등학교에 certificate of enrollment 를 요청할 계획입니다. 거기에 아이의 이름, 생년월일, 부모의 이름이 나와있기를 우선 바라고 있습니다. 거기에 birth record가 들어가있을지는 모르겠습니다. 한국 서류 콤보든 제3국 출생증명서든 아이 출생 기록이 나와있음에도 불구하고 RFE 가 나온 것은 왜일까요? 이 RFE에 어찌 대응해야 할까요?
