오늘 새벽 1시 즈음에 I want to enroll in a New Diamond Trial Offer 라고 헬똥 가짜 골드 스샷(예전트라이얼 때 썼던것.. 지금은 블루가됐어요, 그래서 새로운 스샷을 할수가 없음)이랑 보냈습니다.

아침에 12개월 내에 숙박한 기록이 없어서 넌 안돼 라는 아래 메일을 받았습니다.

Please allow me to apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, in order to enroll you in the Diamond Trial Offer, 

membership activity for the past 12 months with the competitor must be greater than zero.

가짜 힐똥이긴 한데 1월에 숙박한 기록은 있는데 여행사를 통해서 booking하여 포인트랑 스테이 인정이 안됐었습니다. 그때 여행사 외에 

호텔에서 또 차지를 해서 불편을 격었는데요. 

회신에다가 "내가 보낸 attachment 밑에 부분 보면 1월에 1박한 기록이 있다. 그때 그 호텔에서 더블 차지 해서 여러번 전화 해도 해결 안되서

카드회사에 dispute해서 해결했고, 숙박은 했는데 이상하게 포인트랑 스테이 인정 안됐었다. 이것 때문에 컴플레인 메일도 보냈는데 답이 없었다.

그래서 힐똥에 밥맛 떨어져서 메리엇 쓰다가 하얏 다이아트라이얼 정보 보고 신청한거다. 니가 1박 이상 숙박한 기록을 요구한다면 나는 일부러

힐똥에 숙박 한번 더하고 트라리얼 신청해야된다. 내 상황 이해 해주길 바란다"라고 오늘 아침 메일 보냈습니다.

약 3시간 후인 지금.... 아래와 같은 컨펌 메일 받았습니다.

Thank you for contacting Gold Passport Customer Service. I appreciate 

the opportunity to assist you.

Per your request, I have enrolled you in the Diamond Trial Offer. Please
allow 24 hours for the system to update. You will receive trial Diamond 
membership for 60 days. However, you must complete 12 nights in 60 days 
to maintain Diamond membership through February of 2015. You will also 
receive 1000 bonus points on your first six eligible nights within 60 
days, up to a maximum of 6000 bonus points. 

Please let me know if I may assist you further. Thank you for your 
support of the Hyatt Gold Passport program.

예전 컨펌메일이랑 같은 걸 보니 다이아기간이 늘어나고 혜택은 같은 것 같아요.

지난 3월즈음에 챌린지 신청했다가 오늘 다이아가 끝나는 날인데요... 

제가 사는 지역 호텔을 검색해보니 하얏 리젠시가 싼 가격에 나와서 한달만 더 연장되도 다이아를 위한 매트리스런 해볼만 하겠다 싶어서

하얏에다가 "나 5월 31일 챌린지 끝나는 날이다. 원래 여행 계획이 많이 잡혀있어서 다이아 챌린지 하고 문제없이 될 수 있을 꺼라 생각했는데

일정이 연기 되어서 12박을 채우지 못했다. 한달만 더 챌린지 할 수 있는 기간을 연장 해줄 수 있겠니?" 라고 메일을 보내니 오늘 아침에 아래와 같은 메일을 받았습니다.

Thank you for contacting Hyatt Gold Passport; I appreciate the opportunity to assist you.

Unfortunately, I am unable to extend the Diamond Trial Offer.  However, you will be eligible to enroll in a new Diamond Trial Offer on June 1, 2013.  You will need to resubmit a competitor statement and complete 12 nights in 60 days to earn Diamond status until February 2015.
