페어몽 (Fairmont) 식사권 꼭 Hotel Stay를 해야만 쓸 수 있나요? => [업데이트]시카고 페어몽에서는 안 된답니다.

찌질한 질문인 것 같아서 좀 망설여지지만 일단 올립니다.

이달 말에 만료되는 페어몽 $25 식사권이 있는데요...

3월이면 새 식사권이 나오는 것으로 알고 있습니다.

그래서 이 식사권을 털 수 있으면 최소비용만으로 털고 싶은데요.

T&C에 보면 한 번에 하나만 이용할 수 있다라던가 꼭 Stay를 해야된다는 말이 없네요.

그렇다는 것은 그냥 하루 점심시간에 가서 가족이 가서 $50 이상 먹고 두 장 쓰고 와도 된다는 건가요?

Too good to be true인 것 같아서요.

된다면 토요일에 하루 시카고 다운타운 가서 먹고 오려고요. ^^;;;;;;

그리고, Lunch와 Dinner만 된다는 것은 Sunday Brunch는 안 된다는 거겠죠?

Complimentary Dining/Willow Stream Spa Certificate   

Redemption of this Complimentary Dining/Willow Stream Spa Certificate (“Certificate” hereafter) by the holder of the Certificate (“Holder, hereafter”) is subject to the following terms and conditions.  The Certificate will be added to the Holder’s (“Fairmont President’s Club (“FPC”) member’s (hereafter,FPC members are “Members”) online profile at Fairmont.com/fpc.  No paper certificates or email certificates will be issued. The Certificate entitles the Holder to $25 USD credit towards lunch, dinner or a Willow Stream Spa treatment. Certificates are redeemable at all participating restaurants located at or in any Fairmont hotel or resort worldwide, excluding at The Plaza Hotel New York and all Fairmont Heritage Place Residences.   Certificate use is subject to availability;blackout dates and limited access may apply. The Certificate may be applied to tax; but not to alcohol and gratuities. Holder is responsible for settling any outstanding amount once the $25 USD has been credited.  Any unused portion of the Certificate will be forfeited, unless otherwise required by law. Holder must communicate his or her request to use the Certificate to his or her server or spa attendant upon being seated in the restaurant or arriving at the Willow Stream Spa.  Holder will also need to provide his or her FPC Member number to the server before redeeming the Certificate, at which time he or she may be asked to present their membership cards.  If a Member requests that a Certificate be used, but there is no Certificate available at time of redemption in the Member’s online profile, the Member will be responsible for full payment of all dining or spa charges. For participating restaurants where the Certificate will be accepted, please click here.  For a complete listing of Willow Stream or Fairmont Spas, please click here.  Certificate use is subject to availability.  For black-out dates and limited access,information, please click here.  Certificate may be used in conjunction with any other room certificates offered in connection with this program, but not in conjunction with any other Fairmont or third-party package or special offer and the Certificate may not be used for in-room dining or in-room spa treatments. Certificate will be exchanged into local currency based on the daily exchange rate for the applicable currency, as measured by the hotel. Certificate has no cash value, unless required bylaw.  Certificate cannot be used prior to March 01, 2013.  If permitted by law, certificate will expire on February 28, 2014. Certificate is non-transferable, except by Platinum Members, who may transfer them to immediate family members over the age of 18 who are also Members. For the purpose of these terms and conditions, “immediate family” means parents, adult children, spouses (including domestic partners) and siblings.  Platinum Members wishing to transfer Certificate to immediate family may do so through their online profiles.   Family members will not be able to access or use a Certificate directly on or from the Platinum Member’s profile.  Certificate will be void if listed or advertised for sale or auction on the Internet, in newspapers and magazines, or other similar means.  Fairmont reserves the right to deny the redemption of any Certificate it believes have been resold, transferred or conveyed contrary to this provision. Acquisition of the Certificate or benefit it provides may subject Holder to income or other taxes. Holder will be solely responsible for paying all such taxes and for making all applicable disclosures.  Fairmont Hotels & Resorts will not be liable for any tax liability, duty or other charges in connection with the issuance of Membership certificates.
