요즘 이 Cindy Evangelista  이 아주머니 BRG 처리로 아주 바쁘고 정신 없으신가 봐요. 왠 마르코? (그런데 이런일 종종 있다 합니다. 남이 클레임 한거 메일 받기 ㅋㅋ) 

다행히 실수한 걸 금방 알았는지 제 클레임 답신에 무시하라고 써줬네요. 

주말 숙박에 $210 불 승인.   www.getaroom.com 에서 찾았고, 지난 번에 승인 받았던 곳과 같은 곳 (프리덤 카드 스펜딩에 혁혁혁한 공을 세운 곳) 인데요. 다들 아시겠지만 보통 lower rate 가 한번 나온 곳은 계속 정기적으로   lower rate  같은 싸이트에 뜨더라구요.  아, 스펜딩에 목말라서리 또....    간 김에 저도 씨티스타가서 록씨땅 같은 수준높은 (여기선 이게 수준이 높은 것들임 - -) 제품들 좀 구입해 주어야겠쓰... 

근데 IHG 는 이제 호텔들이 내는 BRG violation fee 가 있다고 합니다 (아래 링크). 흠... Staybridge 에 쫌 미안하나 컨퍼런스 같은 거 있으면 방 가격이 $500-$700불까지 뛰는 곳이니 그네들에게는 뭐 껌값이려니 생각하렵니다.

Per the Terms & Conditions: 6. b. Matching Prices - Currency Requirements. The currency of the hotel controls the comparison with the room price and the total room cost on the non-IHG website, and the room price and the total room cost on the non-IHG website must be available, viewable, quoted, booked, and paid for in the currency of the hotel.

This means that price on a non-ihg website must be in the same currency as the reservation made on the IHG website. Currency conversions will not be considered. We understand that this third party site may display rates in EUR. However, the converted version is an estimated amount shown only as a reference for international guests.

For this particular website, all transactions (payments) are in USD only. This information was even clarified by the management ofwww.getaroom.com that if guests book through them, since they’re situated in the US, the money will be converted to USD.
