이런게 있는 줄 몰랐네요.  이메일 받고 프린트해 보니 딸랑 "딱 4장" 나오네요. 

제가 주말마다 물좋은 풀에 오빠들 보러... 아니고 SPG BRG 냠냠~ 하러 가는 Le Meridien Pyramids 에 Director of Room Division 인 약간 피어스 브로스넌 삘나는 (응?), 핸섬 젠틀맨 아저씨 있는데요 (알게 된 사건경위 - 제가 골드 주제에 무슨 일로 진상핀 사건- 생략). 이젠 갈 때마다 메일 하나 미리 띡 ~ 날리면, 

I have made room allocation for you as requested in one of the renovated rooms pyramids view, ..... J

I have checked the other reservation and will take good care too J

Sadly I will not be here tomorrow to welcome you, but hoping you will enjoy the stay.

 ㅠ.ㅠ... (감동의 두줄기). 매일 가장 뷰가 좋은 빌딩의, 가능하면 테라스까지 있는 renovated room 을 미리 챙겨 주세요. (이 호텔서 격하게 평민취급 받던 때가 엊그제 같은데 .. ㅋㅋ)  저 이제 이 아저씨 왕팬. 저렇게 매번 메일 답장마다 스마일 넣어주시는 것도 너무 귀여우심.  >.<    

하튼 저도 감사의 마음을 전할 수 있는 이런 방법이 생기니까 너무 좋네요. 이번 주말에 가서 이집트 버전 (응?) 피어스 브로스넌 아저씨께 투척할 거예요. 킁. 

근데 Q&A 읽어봐도 딱히... 이걸 받은 SPG associates 가 어떤 리워드를 받는지 내용이 안 나와 있네요. 각 Certificates 마다 특정 코드가 찍혀 있어요. 리워드에 대한 여러분의 생각은? 

What is an Elite Thank You?
It's a certificate that an elite member can use to recognize a Starwood associate who provided outstanding service, whether in person or over the phone. 

How do I get Elite Thank You certificates?
Please visit spg.com/elitethankyou to print your certificates or request that they be sent to you in the mail. 

Who is eligible to receive an Elite Thank You?
All Starwood associates in Customer Contact Centers or hotels that participate in the Starwood Preferred Guest® program are eligible, including but not limited to associates at the front desk, reservations line, concierge desk, bellhop service, restaurants, housekeeping, fitness centers, business centers and so forth. To give a certificate over the phone, just tell the associate you'd like to give him or her an Elite Thank You, then provide the unique code printed on the back of the certificate. 

Can I use an Elite Thank You certificate more than once?
No. Each Elite Thank You certificate has a unique code that can be used only once, so it can be given to only one person. 

Can I give multiple Elite Thank You certificates to a single person?
Yes. 

Can I get more Thank You certificates?
Members are eligible to request certificates when they renew or upgrade their elite status. No additional certificates can be ordered. If you print your certificates from the site, you may not order more by mail. If you request that they be mailed to you, you cannot print additional certificates from the Elite Thank You site. 

How long are the Elite Thank You certificates valid?
Please see the back of your certificates for the expiration date.
