하얏 BRG 승인된 예약에 다야 수트 업글권 적용 요청시 주의할 점.

이런 일이 몇번째라 경험 공유상 올립니다. 

BRG 클레임 승인 ->  하얏 공홈에서 "취소가능한" 예약으로 완료 -> 전화해서 승인된 BRG rate 로 적용받음.  나중에 다시 전화해 다야 수트 업글권 적용 요청 -> 적용되었다고 함. 

노련한 에이전트가 아니면 아래와 같은 실수가 생기는 것 같은데요. 수트 업글권 적용 요청하면,  

1) cancellation policy : refundable -> non-refundable 로 바뀌어 있을 때가 있음. 혹은, 

2) 수트 업글권 적용되면서 rate 자체가 바뀌어 있음. 

이번에는 둘다 바뀌어 있더라구요.  OTL ... 

전화해서 상황 설명하고 BRG rate 다시 불러다 적용시킴. 혈압 상승. 

여기서 또 !!!! 문제는 non-refundable reservation 로 만들어 버릴 경우, 이걸 취소하면 자동으로 호텔에서 예약시 이용한 크레잇 카드로 차지가 되는 건데요. 

어느날 보니 갑자기 $900 차지되어 있음.  혈압 대폭 상승. 

매번 이런 일 생길때마다 굿윌이라면서 몇 천 포인트씩 넣어주긴 하지만, 상당히 귀찮은 일입니다. 

수트 업글권 적용시 반드시 예약 정보 "재확인" 꼭 하세요.

Thank you so much for your email message regarding the Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights; it is my pleasure to assist you.

I do sincerely apologize about the error surrounding the Diamond Suite Upgraded reservation and the inadvertent change of the price to a prepaid rate plan.  Obviously that was an error that I have corrected once the concern was brought to my attention.  I have had personal dialog with the hotel and its Assistant Manager Concierge, xxxx and I informed him of the error.  I instructed him to issue a credit in the amount that was charged and he has informed the entire management team at the hotel of the issue and to expedite the credit the card that was charged in the full amount.  

Due to this erroneous change of rate plan, I have placed 2000 Gold Passport points into your membership account as an offer of goodwill and included with this is our sincere apology.

The reservation had already been changed back to the correct price with the Diamond Suite upgrade prior to my involvement into the reservation.
