You will not receive a statement credit for purchases made at a restaurant located outside of the five boroughs of New York City. Must add offer to Card and use the same Card to redeem. If you order an item during the offer period but it is not provided to you until after 9/30/15, it will not count towards determining whether your purchase qualifies for the offer.  You may not receive the statement credit for purchases made at a restaurant located within another establishment (e.g., a restaurant inside a hotel, casino or event venue). For example, purchases made at a restaurant located within a hotel may be recognized as a purchase at a hotel, not a restaurant.  If you have problems with your enrollment or your Card is replaced during the promotional period, call the customer service number on the back of your Card for assistance.   Statement credit will appear on your billing statement within 90 days after the offer end date, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase.  If American Express does not receive information that identifies your transaction as qualifying for the offer, you will not receive the statement credit.  For example, your transaction will not qualify if it is not made directly with the merchant.  In addition, in most cases, you will not receive the statement credit if your transaction is made with an electronic wallet or through a third party or if the merchant uses a mobile or wireless card reader to process it.  Additional terms apply; see Enrollment Terms and Conditions for details.
