SQ Equipment change/swap compensation case: 20K miles

간단히 말해서 SIN-IST 구간 비즈가 intl. 1-2-1  full flatbed   --->  2-2-2 angled/incline flatbed seat 바꼈었어요.  

보딩할 때 종이 한장 딸랑~ 주면서 자리 번호가 바뀌었어요 ~ 하드라구요. 


응? msn030.gif   하고 탔다가 비행기 보고 꽤 충격먹었음.  -o-;;;

엄청 구리구리 하더군요. 막 무슨 음침하고 칙칙한 보락색에 entertainment system/screen 은, back to the 80ties.   오예 ~ lol.

This is a follow-up to our interim reply of xxxxx 2016.  We appreciate your patience as we await for updates from our Head Office in Singapore and the relevant departments.  May we share with you our findings.

SQ392  xxxxx from Singapore to Istanbul.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused due to the aircraft change on flight SQ392. On this occasion, the change was due to engineering requirement.   We regret that we were unable to operate the flight with a similar aircraft. We recognise that you had taken great effort to carefully plan your itinerary and would like to sincerely apologise for the disappointment caused to you with this aircraft change. We would like to assure you that we do try our very best not to change the aircraft type for the scheduled route. However, there are occasions where we face operational constraints with the deployment of the original scheduled aircraft.

Thank you once again for your feedback and understanding.  Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment and  inconvenience experienced on this occasion.  Notwithstanding the recent experience, Ms. xxxx, we hope that we can continue to have many opportunities to take care of your travel needs.

We appreciate and look forward to your continued support of Singapore Airlines, and sincerely hope we will create a more favorable impression when you next travel with us.

단도집입적으로 니들이 인정한 대로 내 쪽에서는 심각한 disappointment and  inconvenience 가 있었으니 쓴 마일의 부분을 돌려주는 성의를 보여달라 ~ 고 함. 
보름 정도 (거의 다시 잊어버릴만할때쯤...…. -_-^)  후에 다시 연락옴.

Please allow us to explain that on this occasion, we faced operational constraints with the deployment of the original scheduled aircraft. If we did not switch to an alternative aircraft quickly,  we understand the consequences of a disruption to our passengers in a flight delay.

알겠다. 보딩할 때 종이 한장 딸랑~ 주면서 notice 하고,  니들이 인정한 disappointment and  inconvenience it has caused 에 대해 니들이 성의를 전혀 보이지 않으니, 나두 DOT complaint 를 넣도록 하겠다.  그렇게 알아라 ~ 고 함. 

삼일만에 나름 초고속(-_-;) 답장.
