[Update 5/31/2017]
45일이 지나고 하루 뒤에 추가 보너스도 받았습니다.
그리고, Charles Schwab의 Robo advisor인 Intelligent Portfolios에서 투자를 해도 보너스를 받을 수 있다고 합니다.

Charles Schwab 이 요즘 referral code가 두가지가 존재하는 것 같은데요.

으로 가면 $500불까지 받을 수 있고, 여기서는 Brokerage Account (Individual, Joint), 또는 checking+brokerage (Individual)이 가능합니다.
여기서는 아래 코드가 자동 입력되고요.

REFER라는 코드가 자동으로 입력이 되네요.
저는 checking+brokerage 을 joint로 만들고 싶은데요.
REFER 코드를 입력하면 따로 다른 분에게 refer를 안받아도 되는 것인지 궁금하고요.
두 referral code를 동시에 입력해도 되는지도 궁금하네요.
Hard pull 관련해서는 Joint account는 둘 다 Hard pull 한다고 답변은 받았습니다.

스스로 해결했습니다.
채팅으로 문의하니 가능하다고는 하는데, 다른 사람이 전화를 주겠다고 하더군요.
그 이후에 전화 통화를 했는데, 두 referral code 동시에 사용가능하다고 합니다.
꼭 계좌가 있는 사람에게 refer를 받아야 하는 것은 아니고, referral code만 넣으면 되는 것 같습니다.
꼭 referral code를 넣어야 된다고 강조했으니, 둘 다 꼭 넣으시기 바랍니다.

investment account에 넣어야 된다고 되어 있네요.
훗날의 문제를 피하기 위해서 이체도 investment account로 직접하시는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다.

Schwab Referral Bonus Offer: Terms and Conditions
New clients who do not have a Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. ("Schwab") account (other than a Stock Plan Services account), open an eligible retail brokerage account, and enroll in the offer can earn a $100 Bonus Award. The Bonus Award will be credited to the enrolled account within approximately one month of account open. For taxable accounts, the account must be maintained at Schwab for at least one year or Schwab may charge back the Bonus Award.
Schwab reserves the right to change the offer terms or terminate the offer at any time without notice. The offer is limited to one per account, with no more than one account enrolled per client. 그렇죠.
직원과 전화 통화할때 investment account에 돈을 넣어두라고 하더라고요.
1년간 못건드리니 index fund, etf에 투자하시던지.
돈을 절대 잃기 싫은데 보너스만 받고 싶으시면 CD 1년짜리 넣어두시면 될 것 같습니다.
