하나 끝나면 다른 10개가 기다리고 넌스탑인거 같아요.

 

인스펙션을 했는데 뭐 별에 별 옵션이 다 붙네요.

 

wood destroying inspection (termite)

sewer inpsection

radon inspection

mold inspection

gas line

septic tank water

 

등등 이거저거 넣으니깐 $1000 훌쩍 넘어가네요.

어쨋든 일반 inspection은 큰 red flag없이 넘어가고

90년도에 지어진 집이고 water damage history (chimney, basement)가 있어서

mold inspection을 하고 오늘 리포트를 받았는데요.

 

리얼터한테 일단 물어보기 할건데요. 무슨말인지 모르겠어요.

 

일단 data는 아래 같이 나왔구요.

결론을 보면 'NOT ELEVATED' / 'CONTROL'...

 

 

 

 

뭐 곰팡이는 어디에나 있고 하는건 알겠는데 주석을 보면

 

Minimum Detection Limit: Based on volume of air sampled, this is the lowest number of spores that can be detected and is an estimate of the lowest concentration of spores than can be read in the sample.

 

NA: not applicable

 

Spores that were observed from the samples submitted are listed on this report. If a spore is not listed on this report it was not observed in the samples submitted.

 

CONTROL: is a baseline sample showing what the spore count and diversity is at the time of sampling. The control sample is usually collected outside of the structure being tested and used to determine if this sample is similar in diversity and abundance to the inside sample.

 

ELEVATED: means that the amount and/or diversity of spores, as compared to the control sample, and other samples in our database, are higher than expected. this can indicate that fungi have grwon because of a water leak or water intrusion. Fungi that are considred to be indicators of water damage includ, butare not limited to: Chaetomium, Fusarium, Memnoniella, stachybotrys, Scopulariopsis, Ulocladium.

 

NOT ELEVATED: means that the amount and/or the diversity of spores, as compared to the control sample and other samples in our database, are lower thanexpected and may indicate no problmatic fungi growth.

 

UNUSUAL: means that presence of current or former growth was observed in the analyzed sample. an abundance of spores are present, and/or growth structures including hyphae and/or fruiting bodies are present and associated with one or more of the type sof mold/fungi identified in the analyzed sample.

 

이렇게 나와있는데 이정도면 양호한건가요? 리포트 결론만 보면 심각한 정도는 아닌거 같은데 저기있는 숫자들은 무시해도 되는 정도인지
