제 친구가 아직 마모회원이 아니어서 제가 대신 질문글을 올립니다.

 

조언을 얻고자 이렇게 글을 올립니다.

영주권 (EB2) 서류 넣고 인터뷰를 기다리고 있는데 뜬금없이 메일이 왔네요.

변호사에게 문의를 했는데 아직 답장이 없어서요..ㅠㅠ

내용은 애들 서류 중 부족한 부분이 있다고 하는 내용입니다.

제가 변호사에게 가족관계증명서 원본과 영문번역을 공증 받아서 보냈고, 애들 기본증명서는 원본과 번역은 제가해서 보냈습니다. (H visa 할때도 이 서류로 보냈는데..)

그런데 부족하다고 하니 뭘 더 디테일하게 해서 보내야 할까요?

가족관계증명서와 기본증명서 말고 다른 서류가 있나요?

저희 애들은 2008년과 2012년 서울에서 태어났습니다.

What you need to do

 

You have submitted secondary evidence and/or a birth affidavit as proof of a birth record for the applicant. However, the evidence you have submitted is insufficient. The U.S. Department of State's visa reciprocity and civil documents indicates the Basic certificate (detailed) and the Family relations certificate (detailed) must both be submitted. A person who lost Korean nationality prior to 2008 can submit a Family Census Register and Family relations certificate (detailed). Submit the Basic certificate (detailed) and the Family relation certificate (detailed);
 

OR

 

Submit the Family census register and the family relation certilficate (Detailed).

Examples of other acceptable secondary evidence may include, but is not limited to, church or school records listing your parents' names and your date of birth, Hospital records of your birth, or other official records indicating a country and record of birth.
