As the email is generated from within our XX Hire tool, we wanted to be sure to alert you that the email would be forthcoming just in case the email is diverted to your junk/spam folder. If not already received, you should expect the email within 1 business day.

Please do your best to complete your pre-interview screening within 24 hours - we are looking to confirm our pool for final interviews soon and won't be able to consider you further until we hear from you.* If you cannot meet this timeline, please reply to this email letting me know when you hope to complete your submission.

Please note that we are unable to delay the screening of other well-qualified applicants, and review completed submissions in the order they are received until an interview pool has been established, so please do not delay!  

If you have received two seemingly similar requests to complete a digital pre-interview screening, please reach out to XX@XX.com and confirm that two submissions are required before completing your second screening.

What is digital pre-interview screening?  A digital pre-interview screening is a modern way to screen applicants for suitability. Simply record your answers to pre-set questions from XX using your computer and webcam, or your mobile device. After you finish, we will review your responses. If you are selected to move forward with a formal interview, you will be contacted directly regarding any next steps.

Don’t be nervous! We understand that a lot of applicants have never participated in a pre-interview screening like this before. We will be asking a variety of questions in formats such as brief video responses, multiple choice, and short written responses. You will have the opportunity to highlight your experience in a more personalized, dynamic way than a resume.
