Fairmont President Club Upgrade Certificate 사용 날짜 문의 드립니다.

2015 2월이 지나기전에, 2016 2월로 새로 발급됩니다. 걱정 안하셔도 됩니다.

다시 발급 되는 건 알겠는데, 안쓰고 넘기기엔 업글권이 아까와서 어떻게 이걸 써 버리는 방법이 없는지 궁금해서요. 

2016년까지 걸 써야 한다면 이번에 없어지는 걸 다른 데라도 써야하나 싶어서요. :)

제, 기억으론 해당 호텔 첵인시 "date redeemed" 적용이 됩니다.  

(1) 참고로, 10월에 스윗 업글권 사용해서 예약해 놓았는데 아직 complimentary night certificate 과 suite upgrade certificate 이 redeem 안 된 것으로 나와 있습니다.

(2) 참고로, 2월 16일 투숙 및 2월 17일 아침 먹은것도 각각 당일날 redeeem 된 것으로 나와 있습니다.

Suite Upgrade Certificate   

Redemption of the Suite Upgrade certificate (“Certificate” hereafter) by the holder of the Certificate (“Holder, hereafter”) is subject to the following terms, conditions and restrictions.   The Certificate will be added to Holder’s(“Fairmont President’s Club (“FPC”) member’s (hereafter, FPC members are“Members”) online profile at Fairmont.com/fpc. No paper certificates or email certificates will be issued.  Each Certificate entitles the Holder to one complimentary Suite upgrade, single/double occupancy, at any Fairmont hotel or resort worldwide.  Holder will be upgraded from the room category purchased to the hotel’s designated Suite category. Certificate is applicable from Fairmont Standard room category and above. Not applicable for Fairmont Gold room, Fairmont Gold Junior Suites, Fairmont Gold Suites.  Not applicable for specialty Suites or multi-unit Suites.  Certificate may not be used as credit towards Suites, Fairmont Gold room, Fairmont Gold Junior Suites, Fairmont Gold Suites.   Specific rooms are subject to availability; blackout dates and limited access may apply.  For the purposes of these terms, a “stay” is defined as consecutive nights in the same hotel or resort, regardless of the number of check-ins/checkouts that may occur.  Only one Certificate may be used per stay.  Stay cannot exceed five nights.  Certificate may not be used at Fairmont Heritage Place Residences, Fairmont Makati, The Plaza Hotel, The Fairmont Royal Pavilion, Fairmont Tremblant, The Fairmont Vancouver Airport or The Savoy. Certificate may only be applied with advance notice provided to Fairmont President’s Club Concierge at the time of reservation.  Certificate use is subject to availability.Certificate is redeemed at check-in. Member may be asked to provide his or her FPC membership card.  If a Member requests that a Certificate be used at the time of reservation, but there is no Certificate available in the Member’s online profile at check-in, the Member will be responsible for full payment of all room, tax and other applicable charges.  For black-out dates and limited access,information, please click here.  Charges for additional adults (i.e. over two adults) in the room will apply. Certificate has no cash value, except as required by law.  Certificate cannot be used prior to March 01, 2014.  If permitted by law, certificate will expire on February 28, 2015.  Certificate is non-transferable, except by Platinum Members, who may transfer it to immediate family members over the age of 18 who are also Members. For the purpose of these terms and conditions, “immediate family” means parents, adult children, spouses (including domestic partners) and siblings.  Platinum Members wishing to transfer a Certificate to immediate family may do so through their online profiles.   Family members will not be able to access or use certificates directly on or from the Platinum Member’s profile.   Certificate will be void if listed or advertised for sale or auction on the Internet, in newspapers and magazines, or other similar means.  Fairmont reserves the right to deny any Certificate it believes have been resold, transferred or conveyed contrary to this provision. Acquisition of the Certificate or benefit may subject Holders to income or other taxes.  Holders will be solely responsible for paying all such taxes and for making all applicable disclosures.  Fairmont Hotels &Resorts will not be liable for any tax liability, duty or other charges in connection with the issuance of Membership certificates.  Certificates are not eligible for redemption on travel-industry rates, airline crew rates, travel agent rates,tour group escort stays, packages and promotions.

저도 T and C 읽는 거 좋아하는데요... 이번에는 카드 따라나온 책자만 읽었는데 이리 자세하지 않더라구요. 아, 이렇게 되면... 2월 까지 페어몽을 어디든 다녀와야 하는건가....

저도 이게 궁금했는데 하나 얻어갑니다. 내년 4월까지 사용할 수 있는 Certi가 들어와 있더군요.

다행이 지난번 stay 당시 AA 번호 넣어놨더니 마일도 두배로 넣어줬네요. 늦게 들어오니 tier가 올라가서 두배 적립해 주네요 ㅎㅎ

공부를 하다 보니 궁금한게 자꾸 생깁니다.

혹시 이런 베네핏이 FHR 베네핏이랑 같이 적용되나요? 하얏이나 IHG는 그렇게 해 주는데, Fairmont은 어떤지 궁금합니다. 

즉, Fine hotels and resort로 예약을 해서 거기에 suite upgrade를 적용시키는 게 가능할까요?
