Typically, when a member does not have activity for a period of 18 months their account will go inactive and all points will be forfeited. However, due to the travel restrictions with the pandemic, any accounts that have gone inactive from March 2020 forward will have points returned upon request. I am happy to advise you that your account has now been reactivated and the __ points that were removed are now available for use.

요청만 하면 바로 복구해주는게 policy인가보네요.

For future reference, please note there are two policies a member must keep in mind as they manage their account balance. One is that Wyndham Rewards points expire four (4) years after being posted to the member’s account, and the other is that an account will go inactive after 18 consecutive months of inactivity and your points will be forfeited.

아시겠지만 윈덤은 18개월 inactivation/4년 expiration 룰이 적용됩니다. 이렇게 돌려받은건 4년을 어디서부터 카운트하는지는 잘 모르겠네요.
