P2 가 작년 (1/1-12/31) Chase Hyatt Card로 $15000이상 스팬딩을 했는데 FN이 안들어 와서 문의 했는데

아래와 같은 답변을 받았습니다.

글에 의하면 2개월 (10/24-12/31) 동안 $15000를 써야 하는건지 도무지 이해가 안되서 문의 드립니다. 

The $15,000 purchase spend between your anniversary to the end of year, October 24 - December 31, 2021 was not met. Purchases did need to be posted within the time frame in order to qualify. Regretfully, the free night was not earned based on spend. January 1, 2022 the spend reset to $0 and begin calculating per calendar year. You can read more on this change at chase.com.
