US Air compliments/complaints 에 누르면 이젠 자동으로 AA 로 가는데 오늘 답장 왔네요. 당췌 얼마 넣었는지 가타부타 언급이 없어 AA 계좌 확인해보니 10K 넣었네요. 흠... 비즈인데 쫌 약한 듯. - -+

오리지날 티겟은 루프르한자 티겟이 전혀 아니었는데, 비행 스케쥴 망가지니까 이제 스얼도 아닌 주제에 US Air  에이전트가 전화 한통 넣더니 걍 루프트한자 비즈로 때려 넣더라구요. 여기까진 좋았는데 카이로 도착하니 짐이 안 왔음. OTL...    짐 안 온 적이 몇 번이나 있어서 또 !!!! 이러면서 그러려니 했는데, 이상하게 보통 1-2일 아님 2-3일이면 찾는데 이번건 찾는데 1주일이나 걸리더라구요  (근데 열라리 귀찮게시리 카이로 공항 세큐러티 때문에 여기는 본인이 반드시 여권 갖고 공항에 찾으러 가야 함. 이상한데 지하로 끌고 가서 싸인도 열라리 많이 해야 하고 절차가 아주 해골 복잡함. 보통 좀 괜찮은 터미널 3으로 가는데 이번에는 1주일이나 걸려서 그런지 그 호러블한 터미널 1로 찾으러 오라 해서 갔더니 무슨 음식 썩는 냄새 나고, 전기도 잘 안 들어오는 완전 dungeon hole 같은데로 하이힐 질질~ 끌고 끌려가서 또 싸인하고....  - -;;)

하튼 오리지날 티켓이 루프트한자였든 아니든, 짐이 제때 안 온게 루프트한자 책임이든 아니든 "무.조.건 last carrier" 가 책임진다고 해서 계속 루프트한자 통해 연락하고 보상받았는데요. 이번에 루프트한자랑 커뮤니케이션 하고 보상받으면서 느낀 건 "얘네 일처리 참 깔끔하게 하네... 역쉬 독일얘들~ 아랍얘들은 언제 이런거 배우나 ~ " 뭐 이런거.  그나저나 앗싸 ~ 저 850불 번 건가요?  \- -/  (아래는 최종 메일임 - 교신 중간에 Miles & More 번호 주면서 "이렇게 짐이 늦는데 마일도 좀 넣어줘야 되는거 아니냐 ~" 운을 띄었더니 5000 마일 제시하더라구요). 

여기서 하나 교훈은...  리츠칼튼이나 다른 카드로 긁었으면 이런 짐분실시 delayed/lost luggage 라해서 빠방하게 "카드사에서도" 보상받을 수 있는데 (지난 번에 한 $400 받은 기억이..)  스펜딩 채우느라 연회비 없는 허접 씨티 힐튼 카드로 긁었더니 베네핏이 영 ~  (아직도 교신 중..) 다음에는 스펜딩 카드가 있더라도, 비행기표는 꼭 리츠로 긁어야지 하는 교훈을 가슴 깊이 새기며 (아님 delayed/lost luggage 베네핏 있는 아멕스 카드나... 아멕스가 이게 되나요?).
