어라 그런대. 들어오는 5만은 안주고 매칭 차이인 1만만 먼져들어왔습니다.

아래는 8월 30일날 바클레이에서 받은 메세지 입니다. 

Thank you for contacting us regarding your AAdvantage Aviator Red World Elite MasterCard. Welcome to our family of credit cards! We can certainly address your inquiry regarding your account.

Upon reviewing your account, we show that you will receive the 50,000 welcome miles once you use the card for the first time and a payment in the amount of $95.00 has been made after the annual fee had posted to your account. We are pleased to inform you that we have created a case to have the additional 10,000 miles added to your welcome bonus. We ask that you please allow up to 60 business days for the case to be resolved. Upon resolution of the case, the miles will be applied to your account within two billing cycles. Should you have any additional questions regarding the case, please respond back to this message and reference case number xxxxxx. 

Once the qualifications have been met, the original 50,000 welcome miles will be deposited into your AAdvantage Miles account within 4 to 6 weeks. We would like to inform you that you can view the total amount of miles earned by visiting www.aa.com. You will then be asked to log in using either your AAdvantage Miles number, or with your last name, username and password. If you have not set up an account, you will be given the option to do so.

You will also have the option to view your miles online by selecting the ‘Rewards activity’ link that is located under the ‘Rewards & Benefits’ tab, which is displayed on the home page. From there, you can see the miles that were earned on your last statement as well as the ones that you earned so far during your current billing cycle. Also, you can view a list of miles that you have earned each billing cycle by selecting the ‘Rewards history’ heading. 

Earned miles will also be displayed in the ‘Rewards summary’ box that is located on your monthly statements, which can be viewed online. To do so, you will need to select the 'Activity & Statements' tab that is located on the home page and then click on the 'Statements' link. You may then choose the statement you wish to review from the drop down list of available dates and then select the 'Download' button. In order to receive your miles, your account must be open and in good standing on your statement closing date. If your account is closed or not in good standing when your billing cycle closes, all earned miles for that statement will be forfeited.

While reviewing your account, we show that the AAdvantage Miles account number that we currently have linked to your MasterCard account is xxxxxx. If this number is incorrect, and you have an existing number that you need to have linked to your MasterCard account, we ask that you please contact American Airlines directly at 1-800-882-8880. Representatives are available Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 am and 8:00 pm ET. Once they hear from you, they will be happy to assist you and then send us the correct member number. Once received, we will update our records to ensure that all of your earned miles are deposited into the correct account. Any rewards that you earn during this time will be captured and sent to American Airlines once the enrollment process is finalized. We ask that you please allow up to 21 days for this update to occur.

웰컴보너스 받을려면 엄청 시간많이 걸리는걸로 알고있는데요. 5만이아니라 1만이들어오니까 당혹스럽고 좀 불안하기도 하네요. ㅠㅠ
